Recently I've been quite addicted to using the app Argus - if you don't know what it is already, its a health app that tracks your daily lifestyle. I assume that it's the best used on an iPhone5 (or the more recent versions). From the iPhone's highly sensitive motion sensor, Argus is not only a pedometer, it can also sync with the developer's heart rate monitor - again, like I mentioned earlier, your heart rate can easily be measured anytime of the day. One thing I love about Argus is that it can keep track of my everyday health records (step taken, heart rate, commute trips/distances, calorie count, cups of water & coffee drank etc.) Again, I would highly recommend this app to those that are generally concerned with their health - it's great for the fitness experts, and anyone in general ! Don't forget to check it in the App Store !
